Morning:
Wash my face with Simple foaming face wash
Moisturise with E45 day cream
Shower and moisturise my body with inexpensive everyday body lotion

In the evening I wash my face with Simple and use E45 night cream. but sometimes I’m too lazy to wash my face and use simple face wipes instead!

I also use a face scrub twice a week, and a face mask once a week.
And I also use a body scrub now and then, to keep my skin smooth and glowy!

The 1st step of your sensitive skin care routine is to remove eye make-up. Choose an eye make-up remover that is meant for sensitive skin.

* Pour some eye make-up remover on a cotton wool pad.
* Apply gently to remove all eye make-up.
* Dip a cotton bud in eye make-up remove and remove all last traces of stubborn eye make-up.

The 2nd step in your sensitive skin care routine is facial cleansing. Avoid soaps and facial washes. These will remove oil and moisture from the skin and increase your skin’s sensitivity.

Choose a hypoallergenic, light cleansing lotion instead.

Choose appropriate skin care products designed for your skin type. Eg Neutrogena And Clean And Clear Which I Use < Reeally Good Plus They Do Ones For Diffrent Skin Types OiIly Senitive Etc .

The 3rd step in your sensitive skin care routine is facial toning.

Avoid commercial facial toners totally. Even the mildest toner can cause the skin’s natural protection to breakdown.

Use the following steps to freshen up your face.

* Splash warm water on your face. This will help to remove all traces of facial cleanser and residual eye make-up remover from your skin.
* Use a soft towel to lightly pat your face dry. Do not rub the skin as this could irritate it.

The 4th step in your sensitive skin care routine is moisturizing.

It is essential to keep your skin well moisturized. This will strengthen it. The moisturizer will form a protective barrier against irritants.

Night creams are more moisturizing than daily moisturizer and they might make your skin look slightly oily. If you read labels very carefully, you should find one that won’t clog your pores (look for ‘non-comedogenic’). I am currently using Biore Day’s Night Overnight Moisturizer but I don’t really like it because it’s for people in their 20’s and I’m a teenager… Look for basic/original moisturizing creams from Olay but read carefully and make sure you’re not buying something anti-anging (if you’re a teenager like me).

Edit: Yeah, the person above me said toner. I have dry skin, so when I used a toner, it made my skin look horrible and flaky because it contained alcohol in it. I personally don’t think toner is neccessary but if you have oily skin and you want to use one, go for alcohol-free toners/astringents.

Once every 3-4 days:
Scrub (St. Ives Apricot Scrub Blemish & Blackhead Control)

You should really use a scrub every half week. Don’t use this one every day; the scrub has tiny beads and might damage your skin if you use it too often. You can also use a daily morning scrub/cleanser; Clean & Clear makes a lot of those which are more gentle and can be used every day (I use both a daily scrub and St. Ives). You can use these before or after you wash your face and before spot-on treatment or moisturizer.

Once every week:
Mask (Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque)

This masque is kinda like toothpaste for your face; it’s minty and leaves your face feeling cool. It dries up oil and stuff like that. Use this after you wash your face and before you use spot treatment and moisturizer.

Pore Strips (Biore Deep Cleansing Pore Strips, Nose)

Follow the instructions on the box VERY CAREFULLY. Minimum is 3 days but don’t overuse them; Most people use these once a week or once every 2 weeks. Use them after you wash your face with a cleanser and a scrub and before you put on spot-on treatment or moisturizer.

It works great, and I tried many different products before I got to this one. It’s the only one that gave me these results.

If you want you could just buy the clean and clear 2 in 1 Advantage acne prevention kit, but I settled for a simple facial scrub, clean and clear morning burst facial scrub, and the 2 in 1 acne prevention moisturizer.
