I am 18 and i have combination skin, i would like to have and maintain healthy skin and hair, any tips and advice please
Thank in advance
Look for facial cleansers that are specifically made for combination skin… Wash your face every night to make sure your pores dont get clogged from all the dirt and makeup from the day. Use a moisturized thats right for your skin. Look for moisturizers that say they are for combination skin.. A good brand is.. Clinique at the mall… I also take, Hair, nails and skin.. vitamins.. Oh… and drink loooooottttssss of water… Hope that helps…

For healthy skin i would just moisturize daily, and keep on top of any blemishes that appear with spot treatments if necessary. Use a nice face-mask every now and again as well.
For hair, calcium is very good for it. You can buy calcium supplements, or just eat plenty of dairy if you prefer not to take supplements. Use shampoo and conditioner that is good for your hair type, and don’t heat-style it too often (straighteners, curling irons etc).

Skin- Drink plenty of water and eat healthy foods + exercise a little (i should too actually lol)
!!
hair- Don’t damage your hair by using straightener or curler, leave your hair naturally or tie it back everyday for a few mouths (use special shampoo + conditioners to keep it nice and healthy.
Hope this helps and have a nice day

Skin is the biggest organ in your body so healthy diet does it.. no sugar, salt and keep it low on the carbs.. lotsa meat, fish, fruits and vegetables
you dont need skin products… use that money to buy food instead. everything outside is determined by inside…
