How many nights of good sleep will it take to get healthy skin etc back?

I have been lack of sleep for AGES, my skin is so ugly, pale, pastey, and white. and unbalanced skin tone , pale white and red etc. black under the eyes, puffiness. ETC. How many GOOD night sleeps will it take to get that healthy glow back. Please.
I’d assume 1 week or maybe 2 weeks.
Well sleep isn’t the only factor in healthy skin. The other huge factors are your diet, how much excersize you get, etc.
I’d say the biggest one is your genetics. You’re born with the skin you have. You could do things to modify it. Try to find a good skin care line. Maybe take multi vitams if you’re lacking.
Number one, go to a dermatologist. I went, and it’s the best decision I made!
