erm everyone who doesn’t have fare skin should have a facial atleast one a month
but you dont have to, i dont
i just rub miosuriser around my face
does the same affect

As any reputable dermtologist will confirm facials are totally unnecessary. the skin looks after itself they just make money for the beauty therapist.Even a moisturiser is not needed it just makes your skin feel more comfortable. Choose the most simple one no scent etc which can irritate the skin. However if you woud like to indulge yourself with a facial choose a professional therapist who uses non irritant products. It would be more sensible to save your cash and have a peel by a reputable dermotologist or surgeon, that is effective.

Providing you go to a reputable beauty consultant you can have a facial done weekly, but it depends on what you mean by "facial".

General facial massage with cleanse, tone and moisturise can be done weekly.

Depending on your skin type exfoliation might need to be less often but your skin specialist/consultant should be able to advise you on that.

Every skin type can have a facial except maybe the sensitive skin types like mine because I'm allergic to most products. A facial or face mask is good because it gives your skin a deep pore clean.

dry mature skin i think should have it more often than spotty/oilly/combinational skin. combinationnal not more than once a week
