Having a lot of trouble with dry skin on and around my nipples. They become puckered and rough, leading to pain and itchiness. Regular moisturizers dont seem to work. PLease help.
There is something called Lanisol that woman use when they are breastfeeding, (if your a male you might find that offensive, couldnt tell by your name) but dont be im serious when i was breastfeeding this stuff was a miracle worker. You can buy it at drug stores even stores like target or walmart. They usually come in a purple tube. It really helps.
good luck

vitamin E oil capsules are great for dry skin.

Moisturize is about all you can do. A&D oitment will work. Vaseline is good also. You can also ad babby oil to your bath. Check your landry detergent, something is irritating them. If this doesn’t work then, go get it checked out by a MD.

Vaseline. It may take several applications a day at first, then less often as they remoisterize themselves.
Also make sure not to let them rub on rough clothes/bra seams, and be careful that you’re not unconsciously leaning into something like a desk which makes the fabric abrasion effect worse. Leaning into a desk can make even soft fabrics into effective sandpaper over time.
