Vitamins that contribute to healthy skin ? Foods that are good for the skin?

Foods that are high in antioxidants are the best source of skin health and youthfulness. All vegetables are loaded w/them, especially leafy greens like spinach and broccoli.

Also, color is a good indicator of antioxidant content for fruits and veggies. Choose dark greens and fruits that have deep rich colors like blueberries.

As far as proteins salmon are scientifically proven to improve skin, hair, nail, and heart health due to their high omega-3 content.

    The very best thing for healthy skin is to drink lots of water. Vitamin E and Omega 3’s are good for skin. It’s things like soda (even diet) and fried foods that you want to stay away from.
