What is the best hand cream money can buy?

I’m a nurse and get stupidly dry and cracked skin on my hands from constantly washing and using alcohol gel. I have tried some pretty expensive hand creams but nothing seems to do the job adequately enough. Am willing to spend a bit of money to find one that really works but was wondering if anyone has a brand they would particularly recommend.
Many thanks.
Olive oil or any other vegetable oil.

Check out the Moisture Mitts at Bee-Luscious! It forms an oil free barrier to prevent the water from drying your skin. This really works! It’s amazing, I swear by it.

Herbacin. It works so well, and you can get it at a bunch of places for cheap.

If you haven’t tried Johnson’s softcream extra care healing hand cream it doesn’t cost much but it works well and lasts thru mulitple handwashes. I would also suggest getting some cotton gloves and applying some lotion before bed – then sleeping with the gloves on.

ya gotta get the moisture mitts like the other ladies said. my mom uses it a she thinks it is the best.she’s a waitress and is always washing her hands. before she started using it she her hands would crack and bleed. it was nasty. now she doesn’t have that happen anymore.
